Who we are

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, when someone clicks a sign-up button and when a checkout is completed. Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga) that identify your browser between visits. It does not tell us your name or email address.

When you log in, your browser stores a sign-in session so you stay logged in to the members area. This is essential for the site to work and is removed when you log out.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies won't stop the site working.

Your account data

When you create an account we store your email address, display name, your paint and sip location (suburb, city and country), any business social media handles you give us, how you heard about us, and the date you accepted the membership licence.

We use this to run your membership, give you access to the members area, contact you about your account, and follow and cheer on your events. We don't sell your data.

Payments

Membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our site. We keep a record of your plan, subscription status and billing dates, and Stripe keeps the billing details you give at checkout.

Emails

We send account emails (such as sign-up confirmation and password resets) and membership emails. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in each email.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account details while you have an account. To see, correct or delete your data, email Jessa@thepaintnsiplady.com and we'll help.
